For the purpose of Scoring, “Schedule”, will use July 1, 2008 as the “contract start date.”  (see page 39)

Costs incurred after March 20, 2007 and prior to the actual effective date of a grant agreement are not eligible for reimbursement. However might be able to be considered, as part of the applicant’s funding match (see page 15)
