Hitachi industrial continuous inkjet (CIJ) printers deliver state-of-the-art technology and advanced features to enable high-speed, high-quality and cost-effective marking and coding. Hitachi IJ printers are designed for a wide range of printing applications and industries. These reliable CIJ systems can print variable texts and graphics (such as logos, barcodes, 2D codes, sequence numbers, best before dates, lot and batch codes and other alphanumeric messages) directly on various substrates (glass, metal, wood, cardboard, paper, plastics, etc.) to mark virtually all sorts of product surfaces, including rough and uneven ones. Hitachi IJ printers have various ink type and colour options to meet all the requirements of any specific application.

The Japanese technology provides high reliability, ease of operation, flexible installation, and versatile use of the printers. All of the printers have a large backlit TFT LCD touch panel with alarm beeps. There is an intuitive interface available in Russian with prompting messages and lots of options such as automatically updated calendars, counts, passwords and so on. There is no need in compressed air. Hitachi IJ printers may be used in temperatures ranging from 0 to 50°C. The printers feature an automatic nozzle cleaning function during start and shutdown operations. The printers have low consumption of consumables, e.g. the make-up consumption varies from 2.5 to 5 ml per hour depending on the model. All Hitachi industrial IJ printers are manufactured in Japan. After production, every printer has to pass Hitachi's strict quality management before shipment. Hitachi IJ printers comply with global safety standards and directives, including CE, C-Tick, UL, and cUL.

Hitachi industrial IJ printers are ideal for marking products chilled up to 0 °C. Low temperature environments do not affect the quality of printing. Besides, with cooling units, the consumption of make-up by Hitachi IJP is 2.5 times less than in usual working conditions.

The new Hitachi RX2 and UX printers offer considerable improvements compared with the previous generations of IJP. Enhancement in design enables easier access to circulation and electrical cabinets for more efficient routine maintenance services and less downtime. The print data and parameters can be easily backed up using commonly available USB drives. The Hitachi RX2 and UX printers allow a printhead to be adjusted at a 90-degree angle.

The ColorWorks C7500G inkjet label printer support a wide range of label materials, e.g. die-cut labels, black mark labels, synthetic labels, including BOPP Satin labels (with a special coating for inkjet printing). Logistics operation control system. The preliminary weighed products are moving on a conveyor belt. A scanner reads a barcode with a product weight encoded into it and sends the data to a computer. NOVEXX Solutions offers a wide range of labelling systems for accurate placing pressure-sensitive labels on products of any shape moving on a conveyor belt with a variable speed. Tommy Nielsen (Denmark) manufactures semi- and fully automatic machines and tools for all packaging purpose. The Universal Series machines are compact semi-automatic blister packaging machines. The Universal machines are flexible for all types of blister packaging applications in a wide range of industries. Packaging household goods (such as pencils, knives, light bulbs, nail varnishes, etc.) to the packaging medical devices and pharmaceutical products are all ideal applications.

The Universal machines utilise a wide range of forming materials including PVC, PETF and PS. Almost all heat sealable lid materials are compatible, including thin cardboard, aluminium foil, Mylar, Tyvek, or medical paper. The machines can be used in production lines of low or medium capacity (up to 500,000 items/year).

The Universal machines offer the following advantages:- Low machine investment costs.- Portable and space-saving.- Inexpensive tooling (the same tooling is used for forming and sealing).- Fast machine setting/resetting, change of tools is 5 minutes or less.- No need for stock pre-formed blisters (avoids particulate contamination, saves space).- Easy touch screen operator interface.

All the Universal machines can be customised to your specific requirements. The machines can be easily upgraded for:- air filtration when used in sterile rooms;- seal pressure or temperature monitoring;- machined pattern seal shape with special sealing plates;- packaging sizes up to 1,500 mm long (e.g. curtain holders);- sending signals.

Universal 301 S / 501 S — Semiautomatic machines for sealing, no forming.Universal 301 FS / 501 FS / 701 FS — Semiautomatic machines for forming and sealing in one cycle. These operations can be separated, if required.Universal 301 FSX / 501 FSX / 701 FSX — Semiautomatic machines for forming and sealing. The machines are equipped with 2 heating plates, in order to be able to work with 2 different temperatures at the same time (i.e. PVC is formed at about 120 °C; aluminum foil lid is sealed at about 160 °C to 200 °C).
