There is only one question that we ask ourselves every day: What can we do better? With regard to speed, flexibility and accuracy, we have found an answer: .
Our fully modular in-can and in-batch mixing system enables the manufacturing of different coating materials. And not just in an incredibly wide variety, but also at rapid speed – while maintaining the highest quality.
More than 6,000 solid and metallic colours can be reproduced. Of course, the most popular colours are also included, such as the most important international standard colour registers, for example, RAL (GL and HR Register), British Standard, NCS, fleet and commercial ve-hicle colour shades.
The fully automated system enables the instant admixture of the desired product from the available modules and components. This is a particularly compelling argument for containers containing less than 300 litres, because, instead of time spent in the laboratory at significant expense, only one touch of a button is necessary.
The modularity of opens up a broad product range that covers all standard market applications.
Thanks to the individually programmable pigment density, enables the production of coatings of 20-120 μm dry film thickness. And with a maximum range of colours.

is one of the world‘s first complete providers in this product segment. The admixture is carried out via NMPS ( modular production system): fully automated and manuel systems of the types D600, D700, D800 and N100, N110 – developed for our high standards.
All products have a high quality standard in accordance with Euro-pean and international standards. Development, manufacturing and testing is carried out in ISO 9001- and ISO 14001-certified processes.
In a fully automated mixing process, the necessary pigment and additive pastes are added to the pre-dosed base components within the shortest time. In the manual mixing process base components, pigment and additive pastes are dosed gravimetrically via a scale. Those results, whether automatically or manually dosed, are diverse coating qualities with different chemical and physical properties for single- or multi-layer coating-structures.
Sample colour tones, small and medium quantities can be quicklyand efficiently developed and manufactured thanks to extensive colour information material. The addition of colorimetric instruments is possible.
An intelligent base component, hardener and dilution system makes it possible to reduce and more efficiently manage stock levels. This minimises the risk of high capital commitment through high stock levels and guarantees full flexibility.
So that you can benefit from a coating system that is perfectly tailo-red to your needs, the technicians will analyse your specific requirements on site. In the next step, they will put together your own personal paint recommendation.

Formula search and price calculation, entry and management of orders, label printing, stock management and the handling of the dosing process can be managed easily and reliably in this application. In addition, all product and safety information is stored and can be accessed any time. Updating is carried out via re-mote/data line or mail packages.
For each individual product, comprehensive information is available to the user in the form of technical documentation and safety data sheets. This includes the detailed illustration of possibilities for use and application, in addition to information on the quality standard and structure of the coating. Thus, the suitable coating structure according to the customer‘s request is found quickly and the price- performance ratio is positively correlated.
The range of colours is completed by the Industry Box and the Automotive Box. These handy maps contains 8,500 uni-, metallic-
and pearl-shades on large chips. A complete range of colours, which enables quick and professional handling of all requests of the market.
