Mind Map2D Adventure Game•My ideas are to base my product off Mario and sonic.•I hope to include enemies similar to the ones in the games and heroic character similar to Mario and sonic.•I hope to get the landscape similar, but not hopefully copy the actual Mario levels as much.•I will try and make my own design to maybe for example a color that I like or something I like. •The main idea I’ve got in mind is to have a similar background / landscape to the Mario and sonic levels , but have a different character in it to show there’s something different in my product.

Mood Board AnalysisIs there any repetition in the images you have collected? Repeated colours/images styles/fonts/tone/mood• Most of the colours are similar because both games have very similar colour schemes and

levels / backgrounds. There’s mainly repetition in the colours blue, brown, and green and these colours are mainly used throughout the game play.

• All the images have bright colours in them and this helps people play the game properly.• The tone of all the images are bright and adventurous, this is what kind of conventions are

used in games like Mario and Sonic.• The image styles are very similar because they are both similar games. The majority of the

pictures are based off the levels.

How will your mood board influence your final product?• It will influence me to make something similar to the pictures on my mood board. For

example it will help me make a similar background to the sonic and Mario backgrounds and I will edit it and maybe adjust something if it goes wrong on Photoshop.
