u Function: It is used torelease the head of coil and feed into the forming
machine, making the coil straight and flat after decoiling. u Feeding rollers: to prevent the strip go out of center u Levelling device make up of strip guide device, lead plate drive rollers,
adjustable on both sides of the guiding device, flattening rollers. It consists of a single motor, the speed slightly slower than the main drive motor, reducer shaft installed in the clutch to start loading the motor-driven feeding; when the work piece into the main drive roller, due to the role of clutch, front drive motor in a passive state. When the steel is cut, due to the speed of main drive motor is higher than front motor, naturally withdraw some distance; when the number of finished workpiece, the coil need to drop out, the first drive motor to stop, and so sent out in front of the workpiece is conpletely formed roll, the front drive motor reversal exit coil.
3) Hydraulic Punching
