Standing at 71 metres, this unique high-rise building

– constructed between 1966 and 1971 - was

designed by two of Catalunya’s most celebrated

architects; Alfons Milá and Federico Correa.

The skyscraper was awarded a FAD (Spain’s most

prestigious design award) in 1971 and became both

an architectural icon and part of the city’s protected

heritage.

The building’s 22 apartments and 4 basements

have been constructed in the shape of a cross to
