ICT based Services at Upcoming InterContinental Dhaka Bangladesh Services Limited (BSL) is a Public Limited company and has been engaged in the hospitality business since its inception. BSL has been playing a major role in the hospitality industry by providing the customers with five-star hotel businesses. In order to provide the guests with enhanced contemporary world-class services, BSL is implementing an extensive renovation of its hotel including up gradation of total IT infrastructure (Hi-speed internet access, total automation of business process, Reservation of rooms, restaurants & venue by online and Mobile Apps), Anywhere Check-in, Check-out) which will start operation as “InterContinental Dhaka” after completion of the renovation.
