II. Criteria Coordinator needs to work for 2 functions. One is the function as
coordinator and one more as Member of exchange function, so the
person that applies for coordinator must select on position as member
of Exchange function along.
Coordinator must be present in Cambodia for the whole term UNLESS
they are out of the country:
• Attend international conferences
• Attend university’s compulsory internship
• Attend non-AIESEC conferences/learning activities
• Some Exceptional Case
Criteria for applying: must be in Full Membership Status
If you are worried about financial ability, it won’t affect the reason of
applying.

General Tips
• Please do not wait till the last minutes to complete the application
• Try to approach people as much as you can: current TL, VP, VP elect
• Try to do research more about current reality of the function

Position: TXP Coordinator
Overview: Responsible to improve Team Experience quality of other
functions.
Responsibility:
• Keep track on other Function about Team Minimum
• Implement TM Plan
• Work for 2 functions ( as coordinator, and Member in Exchange function
• Improve Team Experience of other functions
• Attend each functional meetings
• Check the attendance of TLs and TMPs for each meeting
• Coordinate with TLs and VPs in each function
• Report the meeting to LCVP TM
• Assist to set annual training with each functions
• Help to solve members' problem
• Work closely with other functions about the relevancy of their
programme to our market
• Ensure Members Educational Cycle will be implement properly

Overview: Handle AIESEC branding to external, and manage LC
Channels
Responsibility:
• Manage every LC’s Channel (Facebook, Instagram, Line, …)
• Work for 2 functions ( as coordinator, and Member in Exchange function

• Handle External and Internal Poster Checking with AIESEC branding and
message
• Give the Information to people in LC about AIESEC branding & how to

• Checking up on Marketing Strategy in Functions
• Synergy with Exchange Function to come up with innovative style for

Help them to match with the project quickly
Facilitate EP as their Manager
Follow up with EPs
Ensure EP’s experience from open until re-integration
