To help teachers acquire a sound and clear understanding and use of ICT for purposes of teaching and learning.

Teachers need to know which ICT resources are
important and useful to them both inside and outside
the classroom
3. Establishing collaboration and network
Teachers must be able to participate in and be
part of professional bodies and ICTs are there
for that use.
