(President of Navy Group International) Most of us strongly believe in the concept of a unified and stable economy. Where investors all over the world would be able to prosper and enhance their market position through continuous investments into new economic markets and new partnerships and most importantly friendships. This is primarily the reason Larnaka Chambers of Commerce and Industry and myself have decided to organize the International Business Conference & Expo 2017 in Larnaca, Cyprus. It is obvious that through such an event we will be able to unify multinational companies and their representatives in order to further develop the already established, strong and competitive global economy. This event will create lots of opportunities for investors from countries in the Middle East, European Union and Asia to unite and form an economy that will suit them. The International Business Forum will assist international business executives to create strong long-term partnerships with one another. Such partnerships will inevitably strengthen the worldwide economy and to a certain degree, help to decrease some of the worldwide tensions that we witness in our world today. Personally, I have a great background of investment expertise and throughout my career I have stumbled upon the island of the Republic of Cyprus. I have seen a great opportunity in the small but strong island and to this day, I have not been disappointed with my decision. Cyprus has been my second home and base of my business for over thirty years and I have grown to appreciate the strategic location of the island that allowed me to further grow my business into what it is today.
