1. General Admission Requirements for Overseas Applicants

Overseas applicants must demonstrate: 1. Academic competence in high school, typically a minimum GPA of 2.50 (on

a 4.00 scale), or five grade Cs or better in IGCSE or GCSE subjects, or GED 2. English competence, typically a TOEFL score of 500 or more on the paper

based test, or an IELTS score of 5 or more, or an equivalent; 3. Academic aptitude, typically an SAT (Critical Reading and Mathematics)

score of 1,000 or more, or equivalent.

2. Application Process for Overseas Applicants

1. Download the application form from http://www.swu.ac.th/en/ or http://ic.swu.ac.th/ 2. Complete the form (write in block letters) with applicants' signature and the

most recent photograph (straight look, no cap, no sunglasses).

3. Pay the 600 baht non-refundable fee (international transfer). The detail is as follows:

4. Scan and email the application form (with photograph attached) and all other documents listed in section 3 below to interadmissions@g.swu.ac.th not

Submit the required documents with the pay-in slip by postal mail by 14

5. Attend online interview using Skype or similar application during the last

week of April in the year of application.

Note: Overseas applicants who do not satisfy all general admission requirements will be obligated to come to Bangkok for testing on 16 January 2016. There are

two tests, both taking place on the same day: an English written exam and the Professional and Academic Aptitude Test. Overseas applicants taking either of these tests will be given an academic interview on 13 February 2016 the following day instead of online.

4. Enrollment and Pre-College Preparatory Course

1. Applicants will normally be notified of the outcome of their application

within ten days of their interview. If you have not heard anything after ten

days, please contact interadmissions@g.swu.ac.th for information.

2. The Pre-College Preparatory Course immediately follows enrollment and

lasts approximately five weeks. All first-year students are required to attend.

Successful applicants will be notified of the exact dates and course fee

(20,000 baht in 2015).
