Job Description

Accountability Expected Outcomes Practical Example ( not limited to) Formal KRA’s Key duties / responsibility Conduct Display conduct and behaviour which is ‘above the line’

and in accordance with the organisation culture. Demonstrate the Role Model behaviour for the whole residential experience community at ICMS

Culture Demonstrate a high level of customer service ethic to all stakeholders including key relationships, the broader ICMS student and staff community as well as local community To inspire, respect, lead, support and empower all residents.

Advocate for change

Create, with the Resident Leader Team, a residential community atmosphere in a frame of “Mind, Soul and Body program” aimed at the Underage cohort to deliver an outstanding residential experience.

-Involvement with the execution of underage events together with the REAssitant -Mind = wellness -Soul= entertainment -Body= sport

Support the RL Team during peak time and on call night time

Along with the RL Team, assist with ensuring a safe and secure environment for all residents. Liaise with the operations and maintenance if need. Assist the Resident Leaders to administer and monitor the residential floors.

-Provide weekly floors reports to the RL -Raise issues/concerns about the floor to the RL

Ready to replace an RL should it be required

Being able to take on RL duties or replace an RL completely if required. Attend all necessary trainings and workshops to progress to the Resident Leader role.

Contribution Attend ICMS functions in the volunteer’s capacity as Resident Advocate.

The volunteer must be available to attend: - Enrolment day - Oweek - Graduation - Open Days - Information Evenings.
