Notice of withdrawal must be given in writing by 30 Jun 2017. Failure to do so will result in your organisation being billed for the registration despite “non-attendance”. No refund of fees will be made for cancellations on or after 7 Jul 2017 or “non-attendance” participants. Substitutions are acceptable in writing to the organiser. However, non-members substituting for members must pay the difference in fees prior to the Conference.
