In China, it is considered that the existence of international colleagues is of paramount importance for developing and improving the quality of human resource.

Africa is in a struggle with the future. It is not known whether it will have the potential to get into the game of internationalization.

Results Internationalization of higher education involves a number of

challenges but unfortunately a number of risks; The challenges of internationalization are, first, the ability to

mobilize adequate financial and human resources to build sustainable public policies conducive to increasing internationalization of the campus;

The most significant risk was related to the possibility of losing by migration an important resource of human capital;

Beneficiary countries which were considered absolute winner of the internationalization process were subjected to acts of international terrorism.

Anabela MesquitaCamelia MarinGeorge Dinu

Page 20: Internationalization of Higher Education

Although the challenges and risks identified, internationalisation is something needed and that should be pursued by all HEI, no matter its location or dimension.
