1. Introduction

2. Scope and Purpose of this document

The following is a summary of the proposed Scope of Work (SOW):Supply and install a Microwave link between customer location and the nearest Partner Telecom POP. The link bandwidth will be 4 Mbps dedicated Internet.• Configure a dedicated internet link between the customer location in Jeddah and the IGW.• Testing and handover..

4.1 Direct Internet Service – Overview

This service provides a more reliable, simpler and more flexible option with higher bandwidth based on dedicated Internet access services. The service is offered starting from 2Mbps and above. The service provides an Ethernet Virtual Connection (EVC) from the customer premises to a Partner Internet Point of Presence (POP) router.

4.2 VPN Secure Service - Overview

IP-VPN based on IP/ Multi-Protocol Label Switching (IP/MPLS) offers the most powerful and flexible IP network for all your voice, data and multimedia applications. Our Partner MPLS based VPNs allows you to build a network that acts like an extension of your private corporate network, but runs on Our Partner network infrastructure. The result is a fast and efficient means of making distributed locations seem like local sites, from workers’ homes to branch offices. Our Partner IP/MPLS based IP-VPN will interconnect your various sites and remote workers to create a single company-wide communications network. Network traffic can be classified into different Classes-of-Service (CoS), each with its own level of priority. This allows the network to distinguish between delay sensitive traffic, such as voice, video, multimedia applications, as well as non delay sensitive data, such as email and web browsing.

4.3 Outdoor WiMax Service - Overview

WiMAX for Business is a service tailored for businesses that requires fast service implementation of internet speeds up to 2Mbps. The WiMAX for Business service offers higher quality service with a static IP address. It doesn’t require lengthy installation or activation processes; it’s simply a plug & play service. It’s performance is boosted during peak business hours which sustains your business and provides efficiency and continuity.

Our Partner offers comprehensive security protection using licensed spectrum, user authentication certificates and strong traffic encryption mechanisms to safeguard its valued customers from any unauthorized access.

5. Financials

One Time FeesBASTECH Systems estimates that for this proposed engagement the following resources would be required for Installation of Microwave.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms would be as following:

7. Terms and Conditions

7.1. Offer is valid for 1-month7.2. Prices listed are in Saudi Riyals (SAR)7.3. Contract Period is 12 Months.7.4. Installation, Configuration, Testing, and Commissioning require about 7 Working days from the date of receiving the PO and advance payment.

7.5. Payment:-7.5.1. All One time Fees to be paid in advance.7.5.2. All Monthly recurring charges to be paid quarterly in advance within 5 days from Activation date.7.5.3. All Annual Charges should be paid in Advance.7.6. Warranty & Tech Support (one-year) Period will start from Signing the Project Completion Report or Activating the Service whichever is earlier.7.7. No cabling (UTP & Fiber) or any Passive Components (Patch Panels, Patch Cords, Cabinets etc.) or any internal civil/Electrical/Network Cabling between the Indoor Unit and Edge Router are being proposed; therefore this is the customer's responsibility.7.8. No Tower costs or any civil work are included in the offer and all subject to sight survey.7.9. All equipment delivered by BASTECH are owned by BASTECH and “Customer” accepts and agree to return all equipment to BASTECH without any delay or constraint on service expiration or cancellation.
