If someone does this to you:Save the hurtful messages.Tell your parents, teacher, or an adult you trust.

If you do this to someone else:Remember that once you put it out there, you can never get it back.Once it’s out there, it can be traced back to you.

Getting HookedThe Internet can become addicting. It has been known to take over people’s lives.

People who are hooked:Use the Internet constantly.Don’t go outside to play.Spend more time online than with friends.Are attached to their computer 24/7.

The Internet should enrich your life, not
