Security and privacy

Our system has a multilevel security system that permits performance of all operations in a secure environment. The main elements of the security system are as follows:

– Security of the certificate server with access via HTTPS / SSL connections and encryption– Two-factor authentification of a client when logging on to the system and signing

documents– All user actions are recorded in detail in a database and are available for reporting or

auditing– Flexible system of access rights based on user roles, allowing/restricting access to various

parts of the system– Date and time of the last user connection to the system available to the client to verify

possible unauthorized access

• The average response time of the system is less than 5

seconds

Autonomy of operation

The Internet Bank system uses a private database for storing documents, thereby achieving work autonomy that does not depend on the state of the bank system.

Clients can prepare and send documents at every time: even when the bank system for some reason is not available.
