Clifford started his professional career with a firm named Business Computing International in 1990 and after gaining rich customer service experience joined the prestigious Citibank in 1994. In 1998 he joined ABN AMRO Bank where he set up and trained the ABN AMRO Call center staff which excelled in customer service delivery under his leadership and won the ABN AMRO Bank Service Champions of the year trophy three years in a row.

Conducting trainings was in addition to his Call Center management duties at ABN AMRO as this assignment was taken on as a passion and eventually grew into the role of a trainer. Clifford is a certified trainer by KZR (Kudos Zeal Renewal)

Share the employer’s view survey carried out by James Madison University – USA regarding the important skills to an employer.

Improving Interpersonal SkillsIndividuals will learn the different ways of how to improve their interpersonal skills. Along with an experience story which will be shared with the team.

Conflict ManagementIndividuals will understand what is a conflict? And what are the repercussions of getting into a conflict? Individuals will learn of conflict management through the 3 beaker theory demonstration and the conflict management model. Individuals will also learn the TACTFUL approach when managing a conflict.

NetworkingIndividuals will understand what is Network and how it plays an important role in career and personal development. Why is networking worthwhile for the individual and what are the bad networking habits that need to be avoided? Individuals will also learn the 7 tips for effective networking.

Four Elements of Effective PresentationIndividuals will understand the four elements of presentation.Understanding your Audience, preparing your content, delivering with confidence and controlling the environment. Individual 3 minute presentation will be given by participants.
