LIMITATIONS OF INTERNSHIPAll staff were very engaged in their own jobs so many of the times as an intern I lack the proper guidance.As an intern, I don’t have authority for authorization of the documents because of which jobs could not be done efficiently, I need to wait till authorization of the minor documents as well. Time frame to perform internship was short

Organization should update the Job description as soon as there is change in the nature of work.

Organization should maintain a proper skill inventory through Human Resource Information System so that the skills and knowledge of every single employee can be tracked by the organization

Training and development has to be given on time to update them.

Fish Tail Lodge should establish work friendly policies Pay system and facilities must be such, that

create satisfaction among employees
