INTERTANKO GUIDANCE BOOKLET HOURS OF WORK AND REST
• Guidance Book on ILO 180 / MLC 2006
INTERTANKO recognised the ongoing difficulties by sea staff to
comply with the current regulations for hours of work and rest.
Once The Maritime Labour Convention comes into force we
expect that various Port State Control regimes would be instigating
Concentrated Inspection Campaigns, (CIC) to verify compliance with the
hours of work or rest onboard.
This Books aims to assist members comply and provide evidence of
compliance.
