• One possible program is Reminder Call Outsourcing• The client outsources reminder calls to Transworld Systems to replace current

internal calls or to supplement the calls they are already making• The program includes:

• Option of personal or automated reminder calls to debtors prior to the account going into collections

• We call on the client’s behalf using their company name• The client specifies the message, what kind of call they want, how often and

provides us a list of who to contact – Transworld takes care of the rest!
