management systems and user-facing online job applications
– Establishing a PEAT Network initiative to convene leading developers on online talent management software in effort to make commonly used online job applications accessible

PEAT Network Activities“Accessible Technology in the Workplace” Summit hosted by WID & PEAT (Oct 2014)– Focused on promoting access to technology as an essential component
of both employment and independence for individuals with disabilities
– Attendees included more than 50 local business experts, HR/diversity practitioners, technology providers, industry associations, disability advocates and state and federal government representatives
ASAN-PEAT Online National Dialogue (Dec 2014) – Online, crowdsourcing event to engage public to provide
recommendations about making web-based tools easier to use for workers with intellectual disabilities
– 333 registrants, 42 total ideas, 132 comments and 343 votes
