The Work & Life Hub has a human resource interface — the HR Hub to be viewed by key personnel.
The HR Hub consists of four key areas; reporting, communication, feedback and strategy and objectives.
Reporting includes access to real-time powerful people insights, live data usage and metrics useful for a number of key strategic human resource initiatives.
Communication includes eflyers for distribution, a table of contents listing all recent updates and a calendar so you know what is happening and when.
Feedback shows any employee feedback on the portal and strategy and objectives includes the reasons as to why you took on the service and what you want to achieve.
