We have developed a mobile application to help our insureds gather and submit information to us when they are involved in an automobile accident.
To safeguard this and other sensitive information is it critical that you password
protect your device.

Familiarize yourself with your new mobile application so you will know how to use it in the event of an accident

Take a photograph of your INSURANCE ID card and save it under the tab MY AUTO ID CARD

Many devices have voice recognition . If your device permits, you may choose to use this voice recognition feature to fill in the blanks.
We designed the application to capture pictures of the auto, registration and ID cards. If someone objects to allowing you to take a picture just fill in the information.

Our claim line is monitored 24 hours a day.
After Your Accident
First things firstSelect your union from the list
Give us your name** and phone number
Make sure we can call you back at the number you give us.
**You are not a NUMBER. We will locate your information first by your union and then by your name.
Information on the Other DriverYou can fill in this information manually or you can take a picture of the other driver’s license.
Make sure you give us a number where we can reach the other driver.
If someone else was driving your carUse the mobile application to take a picture of their driver’s license and insert any missing information.
Vehicle Registration CardUse your mobile application to take a picture and attach to the claim.

We will receive your claim in “real time” but you always have the option of CALLING us.
