OUR COMPANY

Biomassters, Inc. was founded in 1996 by Don D. Haller solely for the purpose of

manufacturing and marketing MicroSoil® worldwide. The legal form of

Biomassters, Inc. is an S corporation, operating in and under the laws of the State of

Nevada, U.S.A.

Biomassters, Inc. was originally located in Texas for over nine years. In 2004 we

moved our operation to Las Vegas, Nevada for two reasons: first, to be closer to our

children and grandchildren and second, Las Vegas is known for having one of the

best business environments among metropolitan cities in the United States. And

since 95% of our business is international, proximity to Los Angeles for ocean

freight for container transport and shipping is a major benefit.

In 2012 Biomassters, Inc. was dovetailed into Biomassters Global, Inc. as a State of

Nevada C Corporation.

Currently, our MicroSoil® Life Enriching Agriculture Products are being sold

throughout the world utilizing our unique MicroSoil® Tailor Made Fertilizer

Companies and products like ours should be

mandated for use in growing all foods worldwide.

The OVER USE of toxic synthetic Chemical Fertilizers and

mismanagement of growing mediums for over the last 100 years is one

of the main reasons for the hundreds of thousands of acres of lands

that today lay in waste and are unusable. In addition, virtually all of

our drinking water, waste streams and water sheds today are far too

polluted for normal use. It is even projected that, at the rate we are

polluting our environment, by the year 2040, fish will no longer be

able to live in our oceans.

Great world we are leaving our kids, isn’t it?

THE RESULT? THE SOIL HAS BEEN SEVERLY DAMAGED AND DEPLETED.

ONLY MAN, WHO CREATED THESE PROBLEMS CAN CORRECT THEM.

WE ARE LOSING OUR LAND/SOIL AND OUR FOOD IS NO LONGER NUTRITIOUS.

QUANTITY OF YIELD BECAME MORE IMPORTANT THAN QUALITY

MAN FARMED THE LAND. THE YIELD WAS MINIMUM, BUT QUALITY WAS MAXIMUM.

WITH KNOWLEDGE CAME TECHNOLOGY AND USE OF CHEMICAL FERTILIZERS AND PESTICIDES.

WHY DO WE NEED MICROSOIL®?

Our concept

Reduce chemical Fertilizers & Increase Crop Production

Q: Why do so many chemical oriented farmers and growers have to test our proven products?

A: Ignorance of nature’s proven irrefutable physics principles for all plant life is the # 1

reason why so many farmers and growers continue to test our products just to prove to themselves that

we and nature actually do know, that what we are doing is 100% valid. Today, worldwide countries and growers are reducing their chemical inputs, increasing their usage of

natural occurring nutrients and materials; resulting in increased healthier crop yields. And this is exactly

what we have been advocating since 1996.

“Above and Beyond Organics™” Ever wonder just how all of those gas, oil and coal deposits throughout the world were created? Or what could be

so powerful and so perfect that could allow the world’s abundant forests and grasslands to flourish for millions of

years? (see depictions below) In addition these processes have provided, not only a home for all living animals

and plants, but have also provided all the healthy nutrition necessary for the subsistence of all biota since the

beginning of time.

And guess what? It was all done WITHOUT synthetic chemical fertilizers.

Biomassters Global Products and Protocols actually tap into these same natural sources, processes and rhythms

with our MicroSoil® Life Enriching Agriculture Products and our TailorMade™ Fertilization Programs by

“Putting Life back into the Soils”.

NATURE always follows the simplest and most efficient pathways. Biomassters Global Technology aligns itself

with these natural processes, thereby creating unique formulations that keep the soil and all growth environments

in a coherently balanced energetic state and establishing an ecosystem that produces Life Enriching Energy Fields.

NutrientRich™ For Enriched & Higher Nutrient Content in All Foods

~ BRIX VALIDATED ~ MicroSoil®’s TailorMade™ Customized Nutrient Protocols

For growers of food crops using our CCOF Approved MicroSoil®

line of products throughout USA, Europe, Mexico and Canada.

Understanding BRIX and its True Value

Brix is the GOLD Standard for measuring plant quality

The BRIX Meter is used as a standard in the agriculture industry for determining the Degrees of

Brix (°Bx), which is a measure of sugar content (one degree Brix = 1 gram of sucrose) and

represents the strength, or nutrient density of plants. High-Brix plants have greater mineral

density, taste better (even animals instinctively prefer them), and they are insect and disease

resistant. Plants with low-Brix (less than 12) are generally considered to be nutrient poor, and

therefore tend to attract insects, fungi and diseases. For example, today’s average 2-3 Brix

greenhouse tomato has virtually no aroma and is nearly tasteless.

The MicroSoil® Life Enriching Agriculture Products and TailorMade™ Protocols are totally

synergistic with nature’s basic principles, rhythms, and processes for elevating soil fertility,

which is so vital for increasing the quality and production of true NutrientRich™ foods.

MISCELLANEOUS SIGNS OF HIGH QUALITY

CITRUS: A thinner rind indicates HIGHER QUALITY

CITRUS: Top quality citrus has five points at the calyx (stem end).

PEARS: A boxy shape is better.

STONE FRUITS: A split pit indicates poor quality and mineral insufficiency.

GRAINS: Dry grain QUALITY is relative to unit weight, i.e., if you weighed bushels of 2

equally dry wheat’s, the heavier bushel is HIGHER QUALITY. For instance, top quality

wheat from mineral-rich soil can be 70+ pounds per bushel. On the other hand, mineral poor

wheat can be as little as 60 or less pounds per bushel. The grain elevators pay meaningful

premiums when they can find higher quality wheat or other grains.

JUICES: Have your restaurant juice served over ice. HIGH BRIX juice will not taste watery.

VEGETABLES: A natural waxy coating is good. Packers, processors, and stores try to

duplicate this effect by mechanically waxing poor quality vegetables.

12

Page 13: INTRODUCTION · 2014-05-12 · freight for container transport and shipping is a major benefit. In 2012 Biomassters, Inc. was dovetailed into Biomassters Global, Inc. as a State of

VEGETABLES: Any hollowness indicates a mineral deficiency (probably boron).

POTATOES: Sunken eyes signify lower quality (probably short on manganese).

MATURING GRAIN FIELDS: Dr. Skow says that a golden color is much to be desired.

ANY ITEM: Bright pure color, whether in cut flowers or cut watermelons suggests higher

quality.

ANY ITEM: Slime or mold can be washed off the surface, but it has grown throughout the

item. Reject such food. Remember that high brix produce will not rot in storage, therefore

rotting in storage is a sign of poor quality.

The below scenario occurs more often than you might think.

Are there Brix detractors? But of course there are! What should you expect if something

so simple came along and shook YOUR toxic chemical agriculture house of cards to its

very foundation?

For instance, several years ago a California State University researcher conducted a

"fair" evaluation of Brix in regards to grape leafhopper control. His conclusion: "no

difference."

Interestingly, even a high-school teenager could read his paper and notice that he

conducted his "tests" at 9 Brix. He failed to mention that all Brix advocates insist you

must maintain 12 Brix in the leaf to gain leaf sucking insect control.

University "research" programs have been bought, lock, stock, and barrel, by the toxic

chemical industry. Would YOU pay for a report that could cost you billions of dollars in

sales?

Are you serious about this? "High BRIX plants won't rot in storage" talk?

HOME TEST: For far too many years we have tolerated commercial "food" that quickly rots on trucks, shelves,

in storage areas and in our kitchens. This erroneous information has led us to believe and think that all produce

is supposed to rapidly decompose, however, the contrary is the “Real Truth”, actually high brix foods last and

store for a much longer period of time and low NRIX foods deteriorate much more rapidly.

When potatoes, peppers, oranges, even lettuces are set in the direct sun light, they tend to simply shriveled up as

they dry, however, tomatoes are an exception. It is believed that the water activity along with the increase in

mineral content plays a role in this. When Low BRIX fruits & vegetables are put in identical conditions, they

rapidly begin to decay and decompose.

Quality, Quality, Quality: this, indeed, is the needed revolution in Agriculture.

“Above and Beyond Organics™” Most Frequent Asked Questions - All really have one simple answer

Why are crop yields higher?

Why is nutrient content higher?

Why is BRIX higher?

Why do you get more flowering?

Why are hot peppers hotter?

Why is oil content higher?

Why is sugar content higher?

Why do tomatoes taste better?

Why do the crops grow faster?

Why is size of the produce larger?

Why are there more bees?

When an Indy 500 race car is going over 220 plus MPH, everything on it MUST be perfectly balanced. If just one tire is

slightly out of balance, the entire car vibrates violently and the car must slow down and pit or face the possibility of

having a wreck. Or use the example of a fine tuned Swiss watch. It has many cogs and gears of many different sizes, but,

if just one of those cogs or gears is not functioning properly, the watch cannot produce accurate time.

Well our soils and Eco-systems function precisely the same way. When all of the natural occurring micro nutrients,

macro nutrients, trace minerals and elements are present and available in the soils, along with the proper amount of water,

heat and sunlight, these conditions provide the perfect environment for root development, proliferation of the native micro

flora and micro fauna in the soils, which in turn creates the ideal conditions for all plant life to be all it was meant to be.

In other words, actualize its full potential. Just like the Indy 500 race car and the Swiss watch.

Most soils worldwide are in poor condition and the micro fauna (i.e., soil microorganisms) are virtually starving and

synthetic chemical fertilizers promotes these conditions even more. Example: Have you ever seen earthworms lying dead

all over a sidewalk after a rain? Well, this is caused when chemical fertilizers are used, then when it rains or is watered,

the resulting condition creates a soil environment “TOO HOT” for the earthworms to live in, and so they scramble out of

the ground to get away from these intolerable hot conditions.

When you have a healthy, nutrient balanced environment in your soils, the native life will explode creating vital usable

energy and in a very short period of time, all of the Why's, as noted above, will be answered.

This is exactly what we strive to accomplish for all of our customers worldwide with MicroSoil®'s Life Enriching

Fertilizer Program with products that are “Above and Beyond Organics™”.

Since over 97% of the DNA in all plants in the world is identical, it is reasonable to concur that regardless of where you

live, our proven products, farming methods and the irrefutable natural principles we advocate helps to ensure a success

growing season and everyone and our earth benefits greatly. Copyright© 2010

More Great News from Rex Lee in China

Greenhouse Cherry Crop Test, Liaoning China, February 27, 2014

The cherry grower has used our MicroSoil® Products for (3) three months and in another 20 days, the crop will be harvested per normal

procedures, however this greenhouse can not only harvest earlier, but also they are producing more cherries and sweeter cherries than the

other (control) greenhouse. Another highlight was that the Liaoning Province Governor went to the greenhouse to view for himself, the

results, which were then put on a Liaoning TV station. As a result, the Liaoning Masster Biotech Corporation we are dealing with has

instantly become famous in this location, Liaoning Province. The 12 other test currently being tested with different crops are all getting very

good result too. Rex Lee reports that all of the farmers are very happy. We will you all updated on future results as they become available.

The Liaoning Master Bio-tech company has been register with the Liaoning

local government and its Showcase is scheduled to be completed by April 2014.

Costa Rica SYNOPSES of GFE Report Date: 10/15/2013 GFE Biofuels a subsidiary of Green Farms Energy Inc. a California Corporation. For the past Five years GFE Biofuels

has been developing a commercial agricultural program focusing on two varieties of squash, the two varieties are

Butternut Squash (Winter Squash), and Jamaican squash (Large Pumpkin like Squash). The Butternut Squash was our

primary core Business. GFE uses a rotational system allowing for a much smaller footprint to complete our yearly

planting program objectives. We clear and prepare four hundred rows at the start of the planting season; setting rows,

installing plastic and drip line irrigation. The rotations consist of sections of twenty (20) rows. A new rotation is planted

every fifteen (15) days. GFE works through each rotational section until it has planted all four hundred rows. Once the

first section has been harvested, GFE plants the second rotation within the same section of rows. During an average year,

GFE will achieve four (4) complete rotations of the entire 400 rows.

Photo of Squash Plants 21 Days old:

This photo illustrates my point on the

growth rate and size and developmental

aspect of this new program. We have

been studying and developing this

program for more than seven years,

documenting all the processes and steps

to build upon what we have learned and

to continuously improve our processes

and increase our yields each rotation. We

hit a wall when we got to point where the

plant of a normal size could only support

so much fruit with current nutrient uptake

system that we were forced to live with.

So we started looking for a product or

process to improve our soils to increase

our uptake systems. We started

researching better ways to improve and

rebuild the soils throughout the farm.

During this research I came across MicroSoil®. I studied it thoroughly before making this move. The move was the right

one; today our soils are performing excellent; the proof is in the plants.

Plants size: vine growth large, leaf size larger in diameter

Vine sizes averages are 3/4 to 1 inch in diameter, before 1/2 or less

Root structure: Volume of roots and Size increase significantly

Feeder Roots: increase significantly

Fruit per plant: Increase to 14 to 22 fruit per plant

Photo of Squash plants 70 days:

Note: The plants are seventy days old and about five to

seven days from harvest, Notice the rich color of the

plants, and almost no weed growth. We have been able

to reduce the growing time by more than thirty-five

days. This is a huge success for us, being that now we

can get another complete rotation in the same annual

growing cycle. This has increased our bottom line

profits for the year.

Photo of Harvest –production of a single plant

This photo is the fruit production from one

plant. This is where we have seen exceptional

results from working and improving our soils.

The production across the board has improved

to a point where we grow a smaller footprint to

maintain our current contracts for exportation.

The ability to use a smaller planting area has

translated into significantly lower costs and

provided an increase in production. The results

have been an increased number of first quality

fruit, lower percentage of second and third

grade product. The uniformity of the fruit is

outstanding and the product is a much higher

quality. The presentation is outstanding and the

nutrient value has increased by more than 30%.

With all the improvements to the production

and cost reductions, MicroSoil has improved

our program across the board.

Test on Chlorosis using TripleRich™ and MicroSoil® 2014

No sign of Chlorosis after just 30 days

Note: Dark Green color also

Chlorosis

Chlorosis is derived from the word Chloris or from the Greek khloros meaning 'greenish-yellow', 'pale green', 'pale',

'pallid'.In botany, chlorosis is a condition in which leaves produce insufficient chlorophyll. As chlorophyll is responsible for the

green color of leaves, Chlorotic leaves are pale, yellow, or yellow-white. The affected plant has little or no ability to

manufacture carbohydrates through photosynthesis and may die unless the cause of its chlorophyll insufficiency is treated.

How to guarantee massive root structures

SIMPLE: MicroSoil®, plus using our TailorMade™

Fertilization Protocols, that are in accord with

nature’s irrefutable principles which guarantees to

help elevate organic matter in the soils and to

provide the proper plant biomass for optimum root

development necessary for maximum plant growth

and enhanced nutrient rich crop yields.

It all starts with the soils. Then the

roots. Then the plants. Then the crops,

Then re-incorporate the crop residues

back into the soils. Then repeat again.

The Root hair*

Root-tip, showing young root-hairs

A root hair, the rhizoid of a vascular plant, is a tubular outgrowth of a trichoblast, a hair-forming cell on the

epidermis of a plant root. As they are lateral extensions of a single cell and only rarely branched, they are

invisible to the naked eye. They are found only in the region of maturation of the root. Just prior to the root hair

cell development, there is a point of elevated phosphorylase activity.

Function

The function of root hairs is to collect water and minerals ions present in the soil and take this solution up

through the roots to the rest of the plant. As root hair cells do not carry out photosynthesis they do not contain

chloroplasts.

Formation

Root hair cells are outgrowths at a tip of the plants roots. Root hair cells vary between 5 and 17 micrometres in

diameter, and 80 to 1,500 micrometres in length. They are found only in the zone of maturation, and not the

zone of elongation, possibly because any root hairs that arise are sheared off as the root elongates and moves

through the soil.

44

Page 45: INTRODUCTION · 2014-05-12 · freight for container transport and shipping is a major benefit. In 2012 Biomassters, Inc. was dovetailed into Biomassters Global, Inc. as a State of

Importance

Root hairs form an important surface over which plants absorb most of their water and nutrients. They are also

directly involved in the formation of root nodules in legume plants

They have a large surface area, this makes absorbing both water and minerals more efficient using osmosis.

Also, root hair cells secrete acid (H+ from malic acid) which exchanges and helps solubilize the minerals into

ionic form, making the ions easier to take up.

Survival

Root hair cells can survive for 2 to 3 weeks and then die off. At the same time new root hair cells are

continually being formed at the tip of the root. This way, the root hair coverage stays the same. When a new

root hair cell grows, it excretes a poison so that the other cells in close proximity to it are unable to grow one of

these hairs. This ensures equal and efficient distribution of the actual hairs on these cells.

It is, therefore, understandable that re-potting must be done with care, because the root hair cells are pulled off

for the most part. This is why planting-out leaves the plant withered for some time.

MicroSoil® Root Development in a

(10) Ten Day Bean Test

THE PURPOSE OF THIS 10 DAY BEAN TEST WAS TO EVALUATE MicroSoil® ROOT

DEVELOPMENT RESULTS VERSUS ROUTINELY USED CHEMICAL NITROGEN (NPK) FERTILIZERS

An inexpensive and unfertilized potting soil purchased from a nursery, was used. Sterilized soil was chosen to emphasize that the MicroSoil® formula is a complete, self-sustaining "biomass," which generates its own organic matter. There were 6 test pots; 3 of the pots were treated with MicroSoil®, 25% nitrogen was added to 2 of them, while the third pot was treated ONLY with MicroSoil®. The other 3 pots were each treated with Miracle-Gro®, Medina® and Peters Professional®. Careful calculations were made to determine the appropriate amount of each product to add to the test pots, relative to the directions on each of the products. Four (4) beans were placed in each pot.

Photograph shows the root structure of the 3 MicroSoil® pots

on the left side as compared to the other 3 test pots on the

right.

Furthermore, there is simply no comparison in price, as

MicroSoil® costs only a fraction of what you would pay for the

others, not to mention its many environmental benefits.

Step by step Instructions for using the MicroSoil®

TailorMade™ fertilizing Programs & Products

Step #1. Is current fertilizer program: A. a 100%, or B. a partial chemical fertilizer program or C. a 100%

Natural/organic materials program?

Step #2. If A, B or C, we will need a soil analysis, preferably A&L Labs in Memphis TN. Please refer to our

FREE soil Analysis Offer. Copies of the results of your soil analysis will be emailed both to you and to me.

Step #3. Complete, IN DETAIL our Fertilizer Questionnaire, and return to us as per instructions.

Step #4. Once we receive all the above information, we will evaluate it, preferably with you via phone. Our

recommendations for using our products will be based solely on information provided in the 3 steps above. A

Biomassters Global written protocol of these recommendations will also be sent to the grower, if requested.

The biggest mistake most chemical oriented growers and new agriculture personnel make when using our

MicroSoil® products is: Thinking they can use it like a chemical fertilizer, i.e., just apply so much per acre on a

corn crop and a different amount on wheat, another amount on alfalfa, another amount on trees etc. or they just

add our products on top of their chemicals, which cancels out everything we are trying to do, so if growers insist

on using our products this way, you can expect some failures. I can guarantee it, as our products are not

designed to be used this way, so if optimum results are desired, use our proven protocols, which have been used

worldwide (Since 1996). (See EXCEPTION BELOW)

Our protocols are SOLELY based on the current conditions of your soils and how they are being managed.

Therefore, after reviewing all of the information from the A&L Labs soil analysis, which basically gives us the

current macro nutrient, micro nutrient content in a graph form, CEC, base saturation, Ph., and the fertilizer

Questionnaire, which gives us the growers current fertilizing program and watering program. We can ONLY

then develop a protocol specific to that soils needs from information in the soil analysis and the Fertilizer

Questionnaire. OUR #1 CONCERN IS TO ALWAYS ESTABLISH A BALANCE OF ALL NUTRIENTS

IN THE SOIL, for the soil is where all the energy is stored that the roots and plants need in order to

flourish and bear abundant healthy crops. The Poorer your soils are, the poorer your crops and vice

versa, the healthier your soils are, the healthier and more abundant your crops. It’s not rocket science.

EXCEPTION: Our EnRich™ N48 and MacroFoliage® products have been used in strictly chemical fertilizer

application and conditions with very favorable results, however, we cannot, to date, substantiate or support

these claims. In principle, they are compatible and should be effective, but to date verifiable test results are

simply not yet available.

All of our MicroSoil® Agriculture Products work extremely with smaller amounts of chemical fertilizers,

however, we at Biomassters will always recommend that a totally natural/organic approach is far superior.

Generally you can reduce your synthetic chemical nitrogen

inputs by 30% to 50% even in the first year and expect to

get a 15% to 30% increase in crop production along with

higher quality fruits that have higher BRIX and nutrient

content, thus increasing your potential for receiving more

financial compensation at the market.

Above and Beyond Organics™

LOW TECH—HIGH PERFORMANCE

Using the identical concepts and irrefutable universal principles nature has used

to grow all plant life on this planet since the beginning of time

A final comment by Don D. Haller

My final comments to you regarding just how simple all this really is: Anyone who has

ever used a computer has heard the phrase, “garbage in – garage out”. Whatever data you put in

reflects exactly what you can expect to get out. Soils work identically the same way; therefore,

any grower who expects healthy, nutrient rich and abundant harvests needs to be concerned and

conscientious about the quality and types of fertilizer inputs they are feeding into their soils.

Our primary concern has been and always will be to help create and promote the healthiest and

most nutrient balanced environment for all the (life) micro flora and micro fauna in the soils in

order that it can function as originally intended since the beginning of time. The sooner we

wake up to these physics irrefutable facts, the better off we all will be. Anyone wanting healthy

children and grandchildren should always remember these universal principles.

When you work with universal principles and laws, they work for you; however, if you do

not, they will, just as assuredly, work against you. Do you NOW understand the dilemma

facing the chemical fertilizer industry worldwide? The chickens are coming home to roost.

MicroSoil®’s Life Enriching Products & TailorMade™ Fertilization Programs help create

dynamic eco-systems which beget NutrientRich™ food crops.

This is what “Above and Beyond Organics™” is all about.
