NATIVITY FIGURES

In the Region of Murcia there are the main craftsmen of nativity figures of the country, which in many cases are little works of art.

To make this figures are used very old techniques and the raw material, that are: clay, carefully modeled and paint that make them look real.

HOW TO MAKE

The nativity figures are reproductions of original sketches.

The artisans use various plaster casts for each figure, so they are perfect.

The molds are filled and emptied manually.

The pieces obtained are dried to lose moisture ,then put in an oven for several hours and finally painting them.
