WP5-reform of ÖNET with the aim of learning from Norwegian example for dialogue between

Aims of the study visit
According to the general aims of the project: capacity-building of Hungarian national associations of local authorities, gaining experiences about the cooperation between the Norwegian government and local governments
Information gathering on planning of the state budget – including the role of association of local government/KS
Renewing/making more effective the role of local government associations in representation of employers rights through studying the example of KS and KS Bedrift
Comparing the Norwegian and the Hungarian situation: legal background, practical functioning: what makes effective the cooperation between the state and KS?
Collection of inputs and common thinking for the common renewing of the Hungarian dialogue between the state and the local governments
In the project: to make foundation for the work of the ÖNET working group
Our expectations towards the study visit Possibility for common thinking – to support the
protection of interests of local governments Understanding of functioning of the system, and
way of thinking Creation the foundation for elaboration strategy for
renewing the ÖNET system Establishment of better cooperation between
