Using the online advance queue web application, visitors can get preference in the queue, which the authorities believe will help avoid overcrowding and congestion.

Visitors will log on to www.sochsolution.com website & need not to wait for hours in the long queue.

After verifying the credentials, visitors will put through the queue for event. Entry ticket with bar codes delivered to his email id & SMS shall be send to his mobile no. Photo Identity Card used for registration for verification by Attendant officials while coming for Event.

To Book Appointment online is a facility given to the clients to plan their travel to destination place.

The online system enables the user to login and book their designed to allocate time .

How to Book Tickets Online

For booking online tickets you need Id Proof & Address Proof (Pan card, Voter card, Ration Card etc..)

Attendant will check with Bar code scanners so this online ticket is not transferable so don’t forget this.

This is very simple process just follow these instructions.

Then form fill up and proceed for payment and SMS delivered to define no & entry ticket shall be emailed to his email id.

After adding personal details this gets connected to payment gateway site.

Booking shall be open between 11 am to 11 pm.

Once payment is done. Entry ticket pdf shall be emailed to visitors email id. Confirmation of SMS shall be delivered to visitor’s mobile number with unique code. One more reminder SMS shall be sending to visitors 1 day before for reminding appointment..

Unique code & personal detail shall be available in our data base.

Software overview Once visitors got SMS with Unique code & Entry tickets pdf shall be emailed to his email id. He will

keep his print copy of tickets during his fixed appointment time.

Visitor should reach 2 hours before appointment.

We will have Counter to verify visitor details.

Counter has read/write bar code scanners. All systems shall be in LAN. We will have our daily database back up with us (softcopy & hard copy). System shall be work offline no live data shall be used (without help of internet).

Our Volunteers verify visitor detail. We will have list of visitors of that day. We shall search his name/invoice no. Verify his identity with our details available in our data base.

Once our details got match we issued tickets.

Volunteers and VIP shall have special cards for entry.

This appointment is Non Refundable/ Non transferrable.

Please come with ID proof (Aadhar card/Pan card/Driving License for Photo ID.) and SMS sent by SOCHSS

Visitors must be present two hour before appointment time.

Child up to 3 years is exempted in this system.

If visitors fails to reach to counter within appointment. His appointment shall get cancelled.
