• Portlet – A mechanism for displaying Web content as part of a portal page

• Standard Reports – NMSU developed standard reports for departmental use

• Report View – A reference to another report that has it own properties, such as prompt values and results

• College/Division – Provides listing to BFHR standard reports that can be run for users specific to College/Division. The ability to run reports listed but select another College/ Division.
