Creating an AR Customer


You can manually create an AR customer in just a few steps.

1. Create a customer 2. Via the drop down box for Payment Method, choose AR3. Via the drop down box for Terms, choose Terms for the customer4. Choose your invoice frequency, and override next invoice date if needed

Manual Charges

Manual charges providing you with a method to charge customers outside of their regular billing period.


Manual charges or adjustments will be reflected on the current invoice, which can be posted at anytime.

Automate email delivery of HTML emails with a PDF version of the invoice attached.

Once an invoice is paid, the Invoice status will update to Paid and the Invoice itself will be modified to reflect this change.
