As part of your iTEC/VTCT registration
you now have access to unique on-line
learning resources to support your
Hairdressing, Barbering and Beauty
Therapy Qualification.
These resources include engaging
videos, activities, quizzes and much
more to enhance your learning
experience.
• Your tutor will provide you with a LAB Username and Password
• Copy this web address into your internet browser search bar: https://eu1.pivotpointlab.co.uk
• Most recommended browser today is Chrome
• Enter your Username and Temporary Password
• Read and agree to the privacy terms
• Update your LAB Profile (Enter a valid e-mail address and password)

Select to edit profile: Record a
valid e-mail address
From here you can also add a
description, photo and other
details

reset your Username
or Password, if you
forget them
To save

PROFILE DETAILS
• Name
• E-mail (This will be the e-mail a password reset will be
sent, if required)
• Select a statement from the dropdown box to confirm
who can see your e-mail
• Town/City
• Country (United Kingdom)
• Timezone (Europe London)
• Description (Here you can state your role Example
Student or something about you Example Creative,
Extrovert, add a picture, files or web-links )
User Profile: Edit
1. Click the file image to add a profile
photo/picture
This will open the File picker

• Select an image from
a file or upload an
image
• Give it a name
• Click Upload the file
3. Click: Update profile to save changes
