• Oil Tec was founded in 1999. As a fully Egyptian ownedenterprise, built on a heritage of experience in the oils andsoap sectors since 1940.

• The company facilities along forerunners decades ofprofessional soap manufacturing, then engaged in the oilrefinery, filling and then plastic bottles manufacturing toachieve a complete safe foodstuff oil production.

• Annual Production is about 130,000 tons of edible oil and20,000 tons of finished soap, Shortening, Plastic Bottles, andGlycerin.

Expected Production

- Oleo Misr is one of the leading oleochemical plants in MiddleEast and Africa and will be operated end of 2016.

- 32,000 tons/year of fatty acids.

- 30,000 tons of soap noodles.

- 3,600 tons/year of glycerin.

Packing and drumming Plants for solid and liquid products

Production of solid products in the form of powder & flakeswill be carried out in an automated packing systems.

Distilled fatty acids and glycerin are the major liquidproducts.

Packing rooms will be prepared according to internationalstandards and conditions.

Various designs will be used in the packing process such as,jumbo bags, steel drums, HDPE drums and Intermediate BulkContainers.
