Introduction to project management This lively and fun workshop explores the theories and practical skills behind good project management. Based on the principles of Prince II, it considers the life-cyle of a project from identifying need to documentation and delivering and evaluating results. (Please note that this is not an accredited Prince course, but the terminology and methodology mirror the principles of Prince II).
