Beyond the Classroom

40-week Instruction
▪ Take note that reduced number of weeks of instruction leads to reduced hours of teaching
➢ 8 weeks of instruction are omitted
▪ Download the 40-week Scope & Sequence to identify which 2nd week lessons and/or Checkpoint Tests are omitted.
Introduction
Nursery Level 40-week Instruction
To opt for 40 weeks of instruction in Nursery Level, you are required to omit teaching the 2nd week lessons in 8 units.
➢ Omitted lessons are at regular intervals
➢ These omitted lessons can be assigned as homework through the mobile app and activity books
Levels 1 - 3 40-week Instruction
To opt for 40 weeks of instruction in Levels 1-3, you are required to do the following:
1. Omit teaching the 2nd week lessons in 4 units
➢ Omitted lessons are at regular intervals.
➢ These omitted lessons can be assigned as homework through the mobile app and activity books.
2. Omit all the 4 Checkpoint Tests.
➢ No assessments available.
