The Astor Ballroom is elegantly designed for an unforgettable event. The
distinguished space allows natural light to flow through our airy, ceiling-height
windows that frame the breathtaking view of Southern California. Named after the
Astor family (the original owners of the first Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York City) ,
the 2,945 square-foot ballroom boasts gold-trim wall décor that compliments
three multifaceted glass-beaded chandeliers and can be divided into three individual
salons allowing accommodation for large and small events. The spacious foyer serves as
the perfect pre-function space for cocktails and guest transition, allowing every
event to envelop invitees in luxury and sophistication.
Event catering is curated by award-winning Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten.

California cuisine to Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills. The catering menu is prepared with organic and locally sourced ingredients.
Jean-Georges Beverly Hills offers a unique event space showcasing a warm and sophisticated experience for guests.
The Sway Private Dining Room allows guests to be entertained in an intimate atmosphere for both seated dinners and cocktail
receptions. The floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors surrounding the private room create an unmatched view of the
Beverly Hills skyline and evoke the feel of an outdoor atmosphere.
The outdoor patio offers an exclusive oasis with Mediterranean garden inspirations. Located on the lobby level, the terrace is
filled with lush greenery, enhanced by the backdrop of the Beverly Hills cityscape. At 3,254 square feet, the outdoor terrace
is perfect for private events, brunch and much more.
For exquisite events, the entire space of Jean-Georges Beverly Hills can be reserved. Designed by Pierre-Yves Rochon, the
chic signature restaurant is 7,212 square feet, which includes the patio, private dining space and bar. The grand space has a
light and airy environment for an indoor-and-outdoor event. The cream and caramel accents and expansive window wall with
custom drapes is fitting for a grand event.
