MPEG-4 AVC and MPEG-4 AAC encodingwithin DVB-T is of course possible …

DVB-T is only a transmission standard.

Fall-off-the-Cliff

A digital TV transmission runs til fall-off-the-cliff, thatmeans go or no-go.

All interferences causesmore or less bit errors.If the bit error ratio is toohigh, then the FEC in thereceiver will fail. Thatmeans no-go or fall-off-the-cliffif there are to many bit errors.
