Each glass contains the same amount of water, but the temperature of the water is either 45 °C or 65 °C. Salt dissolves faster in water that is 65 °C. Salt dissolves faster when the water is stirred. So the glass that contains water at 65 °C and which has been stirred should dissolve the salt fastest.
