Was an army that Philip II order it to destroy the English people.
Also is call the Grande y Felicísima Armada or Armada Española.

Its major was Don Alvaro de Bazán (duke of Santa Cruz) but he died before the battle. Alonso Pérez de Guzmán (VII duke of Medina-Sidonia) took his place.

May in 1588 from Lisbon.
The plan was sail by the England’s canal and
anchor in Flanders.
