OUR PHILOSOPHY

The NAI Hiffman Investment Services Group brings a unique, strategic “team-approach” to its investment sales brokerage business. We work in synergy with our clients. Complex circumstances in today’s real estate environment call for an expert advisor who has personally been involved in advising hundreds of clients. ARtHUR J. bURROWS - Senior Vice President

Professional Experience:Art Burrows is a Senior Vice President at NAI Hiffman with over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. He focuses on office and industrial investment sales as well as equity and debt placement.

Working with NAI Hiffman’s research staff, he has developed proprietary reports tracking sales, vacancy and rental rates, construction activity and interest rates. These reports are widely distributed to public, private and institutional investors, lenders and appraisers. With extensive insights into both capital and property markets, Art has been involved in transactions exceeding 5.5 millions square feet, representing over $1 billion of consideration.

Art began his real estate career with Barclays American Business Credit in Hartford, Connecticut. Thereafter, he joined The Travelers Insurance Company’s real estate department and in 1990 moved to their Midwest Region’s equity disposition effort in Chicago. He then spent three years at Draper and Kramer developing their investment sales program and five years at Trammell Crow Company.

WILLIAM MONtANA - Senior Vice President

Professional Experience:William Montana specializes exclusively in the development of acquisition and disposition strategies for investors of multi-family properties. His depth of specialization and market knowledge allows him to provide a highly efficient and effective process ultimately leading to certainty of execution, maximized returns and wealth preservation.

William has sold and analyzed multi-family properties since he began his career at Grubb and Ellis Company in 1990. In 1996, he started the Multi-family Investment Division at Draper and Kramer, Inc., where he sold and analyzed over $1 billion in apartments. In March of 2000, he opened the Chicago office of Hendricks & Partners and subsequently joined NAI Hiffman in June of 2008.

In his tenure, William has sold over 25,000 apartments throughout the Midwest. In 2007 William completed the largest, single sale of a garden-style apartment community in suburban Chicago with the sale of Park Place Apartments in Hoffman Estates, Illinois for $66,000,000.

MICHAEL tENtERIS - Senior Vice President

Professional Experience:Michael Tenteris is a Senior Vice President within the Investment Services Group at NAI Hiffman. Mike has spent his entire career as an industrial investment broker and has participated in over 19.5 million square feet of transactions totaling nearly $1 billion in aggregate value.

Mike’s depth of knowledge and experience ranges from selling large national portfolios for institutional clients to representing private equity sponsors executing sale/leaseback transactions for their portfolio companies. Having analyzed and tracked every industrial investment transaction over 50,000 square feet throughout the Chicago market since 1999, Mike has valuable knowledge of the investments trends over the past decade.

Mike began his career in 2000 with the Investment Services Group of Grubb & Ellis Company before joining Cushman & Wakefield’s Financial Services Group in 2002. Most recently, Mike was the Vice President of Converse Capital, LLC, a Lake Forest, Illinois based investment services firm.

Professional Experience:Jon Skaggs brings with him over 5 years of marketing and graphic design experience. He is responsible for developing marketing and communications materials, including advertising, branding, e-marketing and mapping, as well as the implementation of new technology.

Prior to joining NAI Hiffman, Jon served as Graphic Designer at Teamworks Media. He successfully established unique communications materials including both web and print for such companies as Guardian Insurance, Wilson Sporting Goods, Depaul Athletics, Itasca Park District, United Stationers and Tsingtao Beer.
