Member FINRA/SIPC Investment Team Perspective with Van Kampen - Morgan Stanley - Invesco Transition As announced on October 19, 2009, Morgan Stanley has entered into an agreement with Invesco pursuant to which Morgan Stanley will sell its retail asset management business, including Van Kampen Investments, Inc., to Invesco. As part of the transaction, it is intended that certain portfolio management teams will join Invesco, while others will remain with Morgan Stanley Investment Management (MSIM). The chart below sets forth the portfolio management teams that are expected to remain with MSIM and those expected to join Invesco. It is expected that the registered investment products will continue to be managed by their respective portfolio management teams until the transaction closes. It is also expected that each Fund’s Board of Trustees/Directors will be asked to consider options available for each Fund, such as approval of a new investment advisory agreement with an affiliate of Invesco. Once those determinations have been made, they will be disseminated publicly.
