A. Order number. This was previously called ‘Sales order number’.

B. Terms and Conditions. We’ve added a direct link to your T&Cs.

C. Summary of order amount. VAT would be added here as applicable, we have ensured that VAT is working correctly based on the country the goods are dispatched from.

D. Commodity totals. This box has been updated to indicate the country of dispatch and the Declarant VAT registrationnumber. This is important for customs clearance rules.

Here’s a preview of our updated monthly statements and where to find key information. Statements will continue to be delivered monthly via your preferred method, either email or mail.

A. Account balance. Your overall account balance is now displayed at the top of every page.

B. Support portal and remittance information. We’ve added a direct link to our support portal and further information on Pearson.com. We’ve also added an email address for you to send us copies of remittance advice.

C. Query flag. We’ve added a query flag column to the transaction summary table. If a dispute has been made against a particular transaction, this will be shown.

D. Reduced tables. We’ve removed the ‘summary of activity’ table and removed the duplicate ‘account aging’ table.
