    Safety of worker is looked after as First Aid boxes arepresent to take care of employees

    Holidays are 15 days for festivals

    There are Sick leave, Paid leave, Casual Leave

    Sunrise and Sunset meeting on daily basis which consist of

    Workers Compensation Act Compensation include health care. Amado provides

    employees with basic health care

    Accident Fund is provided in case of any unfortunateaccident happens in the plant

    Retirement age is 58 and the employees are providedwith pension after that

    ANAS 9100/C Act It is certificate which the Government of India

    gives

    It serves as eligibility criteria to serve theaeronautical parts to defense

    The clients which they serve do not accept theparts from the companies which do not have ANAS9100 Certificate

    Employment State Insurance Act Every worker gets a ESI card with a unique number along

    with his photo

    In case of minor accidents they have protection in housebut in major cases employees are sent to ESI hospital

    For that 2% of basic salary is cut and is deposited for ESI

    For family members also they have ESI facilities.
