Troubleshooting the iPad

• Restart the iPad•

Force any frozen apps to quit– Press and hold the Home button on the front of the iPad for 6 t 10 seconds. Then restart

• Reset the iPad– Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button along with

the Home button this will force the iPad to restart• Reset iPad Settings

– Tap the Settings icon on the Home screen, thentap GeneralRESETRESETAll Settings

– Resetting the iPad will not erase the data

• Restore the iPad– Connect the iPad to a computer, go to iTunes
