The painting for 2 sets bearings which have completed when DNVGL inspector arrived at the plant on the morning of 23 July, 2014. So DNVGL inspector just checked the surface quality after painting. 1. QZ10GD-ECR(0.3g): The painting surface was smooth and free from dropping, missing, cracking, and
no visible cracks, gas porosities and other damages; acceptable. 2. QZ20SX-ECR e(150): The painting surface was smooth and free from dropping, missing, cracking,
and no visible cracks, gas porosities and other damages; acceptable. 3. Nameplate was fixed on the bearings, the contents including: manufacture name, type, vertical and
horizontal load, serial no., weight and date, the result was acceptable. See photos for details:

DNVGL inspector checked the main dimensions of 2 set bearings, including: Slide-plate (length, width, and height), pot (length, width, and height), the thickness of the bearings, and so on. The result was acceptable according to the drawing and EN1337-3 2005.
