IRBNet
The implementation of IRBNet will assist the UTEP community to comply with UT System Policy UTS 108 on Affiliation Agreements. IRBNet will provide secure, web-based collaboration tools to support the submission request, management, review and processing of Educational Experience Affiliation and Program Agreements
This guide will assist the requestor with UT standard and Non-UT standard Affiliation Agreement submissions.
UT Standard submissions must be entered three months prior to effective date to allow for external processing time
Non-UT submissions must be entered six months prior to effective date to allow for internal and external legal review/processing
All required standard UT forms are readily available within IRBNet for downloading, viewing, filling out and uploading for submission.
