12/25 IRCTC SBI CARD LOYALTY PROGRAM Important Note: • The process of linking IRCTC SBI Card loyalty number with irctc.co.in login id is only applicable for IRCTC SBI Card accounts opened after 15 th Jan 2017. • Cardholders whose accounts opened prior to 15 th Jan 2017 were mailed an irctc.co.in login id & password linked to their IRCTC SBI Card loyalty number. If you don’t know your linked login id & password, please call IRCTC SBI Card helpline at 39 02 02 02 (Prefix local STD code), 1800 180 1295 / 1860 500 1295 (from BSNL/MTNL lines) or mail at [email protected] Your IRCTC SBI Card loyalty number is a 11-digit number embossed below the cardholder name on the IRCTC SBI Card plastic. Select the Add Loyalty Account option under the Loyalty tab on the menu bar. On the next screen, enter the 11 digit Loyalty number printed on your IRCTC SBI credit card and click on Send OTP button. Enter the OTP received on your IRCTC registered mobile number and click on Add Loyalty Account button. That’s it!! You have successfully linked your loyalty account with your IRCTC user. You can link the loyalty number at IRCTC (www.irctc.co.in) post activation of your IRCTC SBI Card. Your IRCTC SBI Card is activated as soon as you make your first purchase or make a payment on your card. Process to link your Loyalty Number: a) Login at www.irctc.co.in with your existing username and password b) You can link the loyalty number post activation of your IRCTC SBI Card. Your IRCTC SBI Card is activated as soon as you make your first purchase with the IRCTC SBI Card or make a payment on your card. Kindly link your loyalty account 5 days after activation. c) Please use the same email id, mobile no. & date of birth which was mentioned at the time of applying for IRCTC SBI Card. d) You will not be able to successfully link the IRCTC SBI Card loyalty number in case there is a mismatch in the email id, mobile no. or date of birth mentioned in your IRCTC SBI Card and IRCTC profile.
