1. First Year BDS & BDS (RS 1) Examinations will be held from 28 January 2021. 2. Detailed Theory and Practical timetables are enclosed. 3. Details of dates for issue and submission of application forms are as under:

1 Generation of Online Application form 06 Jan 2021

2 Last date for payment of Examination Fee without fine 13 Jan 2021

3 Last date for payment of Examination fee with fine of ₹ 500/- 19 Jan 2021

4 Last date for payment of Examination fee with fine of ₹ 1000/- 22 Jan 2021

5 Last date for submission of Internal Assessment Marks & Attendance to the JSSAHER.

4. Details of Fee Structure are as under:

a Examination Application form ₹ 300-00

b Marks card ₹ 400-00

c Examination fee (per paper) ₹ 1200-00

5. Instructions to the candidates:

a. No candidate is exempted from payment of examination fee. b. Candidates with shortage of attendance, as per JSS AHER/ DCI norms, are not eligible to appear

for examinations. c. Fees once paid will not be refunded or adjusted.

6. Instructions to the Principal: a. There is no provision for condonation of shortage of attendance. b. Fees collected from the candidates should be sent as a consolidated DD in favour of

JSS University Examination Fee A/c, along with statement showing the details of the candidates, register number, subjects, fee paid, etc. in Triplicate.

c. A separate statement of non-appearing and non-eligible candidates should also be sent.
