An intuitive look and feelThe fresh new look is intuitive and easier to use, providing a better way of working and managing day-to-day tasks within Harmony: • At a glance, you will be able to view all of a child’s details• The child’s CCB% is updated daily through the link between your Service and CCMS. If a child’s CCB%

changes, your staff and Educators will be alerted to this by a flag in the system• Entering and updating child and parent details are simplified. Any changes are automatically updated in the

system for an Educator to view

An online web platformThis business technology approach provides many benefits including:• Instant access to Harmony any time, from any location or computing device – computer, laptop, tablet / iPad

– via a simple log-in. You simply access via your preferred browser – Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Internet Explorer. Some components can be accessed via smartphone with more planned

• Safe storage of all your information at our secure data centre in Australia • Automatic and assured back-up of all your information. Together, this reduces your in-house IT network and

In supporting Educators the software makes the task of looking after children that much simpler through timesheets, attendance records, database and reminder features. This is the place for filing all the other information Services need to store such as forms that are static or work-flowed, information and other resources. Such information and documents that are normally filed away as part of a daily routine can now be electronically stored within Harmony.

Educator Management Module(OPTIONAL) COMING IN 2016

Designed to help you manage the diverse requirements of managing Educators while enhancing your professionalism.

• Designed to manage your Educator and employee files • Reminder alert dates for renewals of insurance or

Working with Children clearances, as well as first aid recertification

• Best practice workflows to assist with the running of your Service, including processes for the recruitment and induction of Educators as well as their professional development plans

• Coordinators can use Harmony as a quality control and compliance system to record site visits and Educator activity plans

• The Learning Management function is a useful tool to record, track and report on the professional development of your Educators

Notes and Task (OPTIONAL) COMING IN 2016

A great feature for any Service to manage the multitude of tasks and reminders for any given day. There is also a messaging system that links you directly to your Educators and works hand in hand with the Educator Management module. Plus, planned future capabilities will enable your Educators to:

• Order resources on-line from the toy/resources library of your Service

• Send questions to your Service or their Coordinators• Use the calendar function to book important dates • Record and track new parent enquiries including a wait

list function

Parental Portal (OPTIONAL) COMING IN 2016

A secure place where parents can interact with your Service and Educators and view their child’s educational records online. The Parental Portal will allow parents access to:

• Educator-created elements such as: - Daily or weekly diary - Child’s learning journey records, photos and portfolio

• Service-created elements such as: - Child’s statements - News and information from your service - Parent Handbook - Your Service’s QIP

• Plus the ability for parents to: - Enrol online for care (for new parents) - Message the Service directly within the software (for

existing parents)

The Parent Portal module includes a parent management database with workflow applications to administer parent queries, manage wait lists, even provide a communication centre to send newsletters, invitations or surveys.

Placement (OPTIONAL) COMING LATER

Streamline your placement process, prioritise waiting lists, search Educators by location/s vacancies and track referrals and match childcare needs with available Educators.

Expanded Functionality to your EducatorsAs well as these options, there are new Harmony modules specifically for your Educators, some of which can be shared with you and will have a positive impact on your business. These include:

• Educators can create Programming content in their own creative style. Parents will have online access to this content via the Parent Portal

Educator Cash Book (OPTIONAL)

This is an Educator only tool providing your Educators with a full Cash Book for managing their finances. Educators will purchase this module as required.

How do you get started?Contact Redbourne today to register your interest in buying or upgrading to the new web version of Harmony. Redbourne will assist Services with migration, ensure existing data comes across with full integrity, provide 1-on-1 training and assist with the first week of processing payments and timesheets. As well, Redbourne will provide instructions and guides for Services to train their Educators, with telephone hotline support Monday to Friday for Services.

Availability and PricingHarmony is sold as a yearly annual subscription that will incorporate any new updates according to the functionality (standard OR standard + optional modules) of the software you purchase. The price also includes full hosting of the software solutions and backups.

For the standard core CCMS version, the annual subscription will be $1,100* inc GST per annum, paid annually. This includes support.

Monthly contracts will be offered to Services that purchase additional modules – Quality, Electronic Document Library, Educator Management, Notes and Task, Parental Portal, Placement – along with the core CCMS version. For pricing contact Redbourne.

Educators using the online Harmony for Educators will pay a nominal fee via their Service, which Services will pay to Redbourne via their regular processing period. Educators that are not activated are not charged.
