• Growing problem of cyber crime !• Inability of people to comprehend the
technology solutions needed to protect themselves. (usability and expertise is missing!)
Solution Overview• iPod like virus scanning gadget for mobile
phones and other computing devices.• A hardware device (iScan) which cures the
infected device when connected. (no complex interface but a physical sense of security.)
• Amazon Kindle kind of device which downloads latest virus updates in a a virus scanning gadget and can scan a device for viruses and cure it when connected. [using USB, Bluetooth etc]
Solution Overview(tech detail)• Hardware gadget having processor, memory,
connection port to do processing, storage and connectivity.
• A customized antivirus software for embedded device which can scan the storage media external to the device.
• Built in wireless chip to connect to Internet (most probably through mobile operator like as in Amazon Kindle). So that latest virus updates could be downloaded.
