Fit out in occupationChanges in business objectives, structure and technology can all impact on an organisation’s accommodation requirements. We are frequently called upon to rearrange space of various sizes to facilitate the changing business requirements of our customers. Our experienced teams work closely with our customer and their property people and building management to devise the most efficient and cost effective solution. We often work within fully operational businesses and are experienced in working discreetly around staff, clients and visitors with the strictest attention to health & safety at all times.

Moving on, moving outWe work closely with property agents and occupiers, moving swiftly to decommission space and prepare it for letting.

We are also frequently requested by developers to take a building’s shell to Cat A in preparation for marketing which often entails the creation of bespoke marketing suites.

Technical fit outWith customers working across a broad range of industries we are experienced in delivering the varying, and sometimes complex, technology required to facilitate their work.

Refurbishment

We understand our clients’ needs for maximising the return on their assets. Our inspired solutions have transformed many jaded properties into vibrant new environments, giving them a new lease of life.

Our refurbishment portfolio is diverse, with projects ranging in size and complexity from small sub £1 million projects, to larger £multi million schemes. It includes traditional, Listed structures through to modern, state-of-the-art environments for many well known corporate organisations, prestigious hospitality and entertainment venues and hotels, as well as a number of private residences.

Many projects take place in a ‘live environment’ and are highly complex, requiring rejuvenation through deeper intrusion of the property envelope, structural works and stringent co-ordination of mechanical and electrical services. This is managed in a proactive and collaborative manner, upholding a focus on safety and value through risk management and value engineering.
